The papers behind the architecture.

One argument in four papers: the economic mechanism, the cross-market generalisation, the implementation architecture, and the answer to the strongest objections. Paper 3, the implementation architecture, is not yet issued; the Schema page carries the architecture until it is. Every paper carries numbered references with substantive content and a Production Note recording how it was made.

The papers
Paper 1
Why governance becomes a financial signal.

The centrepiece. The economics of verifiable evidence as a signal priced across insurance, credit, trade finance and diligence: the Financial Signal Principle stated and defended.

Paper 2
Why evidence changes insurance pricing.

The first and sharpest instance. How evidence acts on the uncertainty loading and the capital held behind the policy, from the single risk to the reinsurance programme.

Paper 4
The governance signal under radical uncertainty.

The objections taken seriously. Taleb, Marks and Soros conceded rather than contested, and the claim restated at the size that survives them.

The price of proof.

Verification is becoming the scarce resource of the machine-speed economy. IBM's quantum advantage claims made the case in physics; this paper makes it in economics: where recomputation becomes impractical, verification shifts from reproducing the work to validating the evidence that the work was done correctly.
